At J.Caresse & Company, we operate at the intersection of technical excellence and human transformation. Our transformational management consulting firm specializes in Executive Consciousness Elevation Coaching alongside comprehensive technical solutions. We’re making significant impacts in data governance, AI consulting, and cloud migrations across Azure and AWS platforms. Currently, we’re partnering with a major player in the cybersecurity space, where we’ve successfully implemented a data governance program, modernized FP&A functions, and driven technical debt reduction initiatives for revenue growth—expertise I honed during my time managing post-merger integrations at Cisco.
My commitment to sharing transformational insights extends beyond consulting. I regularly deliver keynote speeches on consciousness elevation, mind mastery, and rational thinking, earning a reputation as a compassionate driver of change. In February 2024, I launched “Connecting the Dots with Jessica Caresse,” a podcast born from my personal triumph over anxiety and overthinking. What began with zero subscribers has grown to 20,500 global listeners within a year—achievement built purely on authentic content addressing universal themes that resonate across demographics and continents.
The personal dimension of my journey reflects my holistic approach to growth. I immerse myself in reading, classical and meditative music, and studies of space, quantum mechanics, and collective consciousness. Currently, I’m learning Russian and studying classical piano and voice, interests I share with my husband, Russian concert pianist Mark Demidovich. Our home life is enriched by our beloved pets: Taco the tabby, Luna the Bombay cat, and Dingo our Maltese-terrier. I also serve on the planning committee for LEGS Fort Lauderdale, combining my love for golf with community engagement.
My path to this point began in Baltimore, where early life challenges shaped my resilience and perspective. After my parents’ divorce when I was five, I navigated complex family dynamics that honed my understanding of human nature. At seventeen, I chose to study Economics and Pre-medicine at Stony Brook, later pivoting to Finance despite medical school invitations. This led to an accelerated master’s program at FIU while working full-time, followed by a transformative period at McKinsey where I gained crucial insights into global business dynamics and market operations.
In the years to come, I will be focused on ushering in an era of ethical AGI and sustainable nuclear-based energy—technologies I believe will fulfill their intended purpose of making life easier for humanity. The challenges we face—from dysfunctional technology to communication breakdowns—have the potential to either divide or unite us. Through J.Caresse & Company, I’m committed to ensuring it’s the latter.
