Emily Hartstone, the Founder & CEO of From The Hart Management, LLC, showcases sheer brilliance and wins hearts with her philanthropy.

In recent years, the spotlight has often shone on the achievements of numerous male professionals, yet the triumphs of countless female professionals, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and influential voices across diverse sectors globally have not received the same level of recognition. However, a positive shift is underway, transforming perceptions and acknowledging the pivotal role women play in leading industries around the world. Emily Hartstone stands as a prime example of this change, embodying the excellence and leadership that women are increasingly bringing to the forefront in various fields.

“Working with a genuine intent powered by a ‘Hart-felt’ purpose is all that one needs to turn ordinary ideas into extraordinary outcomes and solutions,” shares this incredible Founder and CEO of From The Hart Management, LLC. Emily Hartstone is about adding value to people’s lives and passionately following the mantra of “putting people before profit.” This is just one of the several reasons that today, Emily has become an influential business personality, whose conscious efforts, hard work, and beautiful heart have all propelled her forward in her journey and career.

Her resilience in overcoming personal health challenges, including current battles with Leukemia and Graves’ Disease, only push Emily to shine brighter than ever in her professional and personal life. She has given massive hope and inspired so many other up-and-comers, especially young entrepreneurs. As the driving force behind From The Hart Management, LLC., the company has flourished, setting a benchmark for success and paving the way for others.

The company, under Hartstone’s leadership, guides clients to realize and fulfill their goals so they can further make a positive impact worldwide. Today, From The Hart Management, LLC., has grown as a one-of-a-kind purpose-driven business by Emily, becoming a trusted association management, business consulting, and event management and production company.

A particular responsibility of managing a 3000-person convention in Las Vegas had landed Emily into the events world, and since then, she has never looked back. She loved the “beautiful chaos” and wished to be a part of it, which led her to establish her unique company. What truly sets her team apart from others in the industry is they value relationships, loyalty, and quality work above everything else, and they push boundaries, do the unconventional, and provide customized services as per the needs of each client.

Ideating, conceptualizing, and executing unforgettable event experiences like trade shows, conferences, sporting events, and festivals while staying committed to the heartfelt services and making sure everyone benefits from the success, is a long way from where Emily started. She recalls how she was inclined to achieve excellence in everything she ever chose to lay her hands on. She would excel internationally, even with riding and training horses. However, after she detected Leukemia and other health challenges, she had to undergo several trials and tribulations of life. But, this could never shake her determination and willpower, thriving on which she became the best version of herself as an entrepreneurial talent and a compassionate soul.

Emily Hartstone’s (MBA, CDE, CNE, CNC, PCA) excellence in entrepreneurship can be known by the many awards and accolades she has been honored with along the way, including the recent 2023 Top Motivational Entrepreneur & Speaker of the Year and Empowered Woman Awards from the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), along with being recognized as an Entrepreneurs Herald 40 Under 40 honoree. Emily was also the 2023 Platinum Titan Business Award winner for Entrepreneur of the Year.

Her emotional intelligence, compassion, and altruistic heart motivated her to be there for people in need through Gifts From The Hart, LLC, a boutique gifting company known for donating 5% of all proceeds to various charities every month. It was through this company she met Dorothee Kumpe, owner of Deep Purpose Jewelry, and the two partnered with HART’s Purpose. This exquisite jewelry line donates a portion of the proceeds to those fighting leukemia, like Emily. She is also an Executive Challenger for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, actively fundraising for their Light The Night events in South Florida. She stunned everyone with her philanthropic work after she founded EmPOWERThePATIENTS Foundation to help patients with rare and invisible illnesses. She strongly believes in the need for championing advocacy between patients and medical providers.

Her (@empromo_hart) purpose-driven approach to business and philanthropic work inspires and touches hearts from all over the world. In December of 2023, Emily received an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism from GIA and Dr. Lenora Peterson, the official Goodwill Ambassador for Corporations for National Volunteer Community Service of Uniting Humanitarians for the UN Embassy.

Emily Hartstone’s story is more than just a narrative of business success; it’s a powerful reminder of the profound impact of resilient, compassionate leadership.
