Eminem has made a triumphant return with his latest album, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)”, which dropped on Friday, July 12th, marking his first release since 2020’s “Music to Be Murdered By”. The album arrives as Eminem aims for his 10th consecutive chart-topping debut on the Billboard 200.

Ahead of the album’s release, Eminem emphasized that “The Death of Slim Shady” is a conceptual work meant to be experienced from start to finish without skipping tracks. He urged fans to listen to it in sequence to fully grasp the narrative.

The album rollout began with the track “Houdini”, which quickly climbed to No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Eminem’s highest-charting single of the decade. Leading up to the album, he also dropped “Tobey” featuring Big Sean and BabyTron, which made its debut at No. 95 on the same chart.

Eminem curated a diverse lineup of collaborators for this project, including Jelly Roll, J.I.D, Skylar Grey, Bizarre, Ez Mil, and others, adding layers of depth and variety to the album’s sonic landscape.

Despite being 51 years old, Eminem continues to assert his dominance as a commercial powerhouse and a leading figure in hip-hop. His Hall of Fame career speaks volumes about his enduring influence and relevance in the music industry.

With “The Death of Slim Shady”, Eminem once again commands the attention of the cultural landscape, with listeners eagerly dissecting and analyzing each track. Below, Billboard ranks all 19 songs from the album, excluding skits, providing a comprehensive look at this latest chapter in Eminem’s storied discography.
