Tyraa recently started her podcast, revamped her property management business into asset management, and took a philanthropic move ahead with her foundation, “Save our Daughters.”

The world has witnessed the rise of several male professionals and business owners and has even celebrated their success over the years. How often have we celebrated the achievements of female professionals, business leaders, top voices, and entrepreneurs? Things definitely have seen a positive shift, especially in the last few years, where women have reached the forefront of almost all industries of the world for all the right reasons. Who better than Tyraa Nicole Caldwell to serve as an example here? A lady who exudes brilliance, a purpose-filled mind, and a philanthropic heart.

Tyraa Nicole Caldwell can never be boxed with just a single definition of being an entrepreneur as she has excelled beyond that, stunning people with all that she has achieved in all these years of being in the real estate and property management sector, growing her one-of-a-kind company ‘Tyraa Nicole Property Management LLC,’ from 2014 and selling it in 2022.

This Detroit, Michigan’s talent is more than what meets the eye. Hence, people must know what she is gunning for in recent times. Apart from transforming the United States real estate sector with her incessant efforts, Tyraa Nicole is now winning hearts with her new podcast with a few other business partners. Apart from that, she has revamped her property management business into asset management and also assists owners with self-managing their real estate investments.

“I believe a life without purpose is a lie, so to stay determined in my purpose to spread the good among others, I decided to start my foundation, ‘Save our Daughters.’ As a mother to two teenage girls, an entrepreneur, mentor, real estate broker, property manager, investor, educator, and published author with my book, ’7 Days of Inspiration to Save our Daughters,’ I still felt there was more to be done. This motivated me to start the foundation for my passion for helping other women. I have chosen to become a mentor to young girls and women through the foundation,” highlights Tyraa.

Speaking more about Save our Daughters Foundation, Tyraa says that it is dedicated to the motivation, education, and spiritual enlightenment of the community’s young women. The foundation is driven to help them with proper guidance, support, and encouragement to help them navigate through life’s challenges and eventually prepare them for the real world.

Tyraa’s real estate brokerage is now restructured as Tyraa Nicole Realtors, which thrives on its aim to empower more women and those in support of women empowerment and educate the community in real estate endeavors. She also highlights that her main focus now is education. She has been doing several courses and classes throughout the year, focusing on real estate education and women’s empowerment.

Through Save our Daughters, she has become a ray of light to young girls between ages 11-17, and with education and support, they are helping them learn about leadership, communication skills, self-discovery, self-confidence, proper etiquette, and the value of community service and giving back.

She advises up-and-comers across fields to become professionals at what they do. For that, she says they must first identify their strengths and weaknesses. The goal should be to turn weaknesses into strengths and become a pro at their strengths.

Tyraa Nicole Caldwell wishes to open a real estate school in the coming years. She has already begun working on building Tyraa Nicole University Online, through which she aims to reach and teach more people and elevate their careers to massive success.
