Olivia Rodrigo, the 21-year-old Grammy award-winning singer, actress, and star of her new Netflix concert film Guts World Tour, is the newest face of the iconic French beauty brand Lancôme. On November 18, Lancôme officially announced Rodrigo as its global ambassador, marking another exciting milestone in her ever-growing career.

Rodrigo shared her excitement in a statement, saying, “Embracing your individuality is so important in beauty since there are many unrealistic expectations placed on young women today. Lancôme is an iconic and timeless brand that promotes beauty from within, and I am honored to be part of their family.”

Rodrigo’s first official Lancôme photoshoot, which showcased her stunning look, was captured with makeup artist Melissa Hernandez. For the shoot, Hernandez used several Lancôme products, including Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation in shade 345N, Blush Subtil Powder Blush in 345 Rose Fresque, Lash Idole Eyeliner in Glossy Black, Cils Booster XL Enhancing Lash Primer, Définicils High-Definition Mascara in Black, and L’Absolu Rouge Cream Lipstick in 132 Caprice de Rouge.

Françoise Lehmann, Lancôme’s International Brand President, expressed her excitement over Rodrigo joining the brand, saying, “We’re all captivated by her striking personality and immense talent, and inspired by her commitment to positive change, which we deeply value at Lancôme. Few artists of her generation connect with so many people across continents and generations like Olivia.”

Rodrigo will front future Lancôme campaigns and new product launches starting early next year, further cementing her place as one of the leading influencers of her generation.
