Huffman admitted to feeling compelled to secure a future for her daughter, which led her to make the unlawful decision to disguise a $15,000 charitable donation in a bribery scheme to facilitate someone else taking her daughter’s SAT exam. Since serving time in prison and completing court-ordered community service, Huffman has been an advocate for a women’s rehabilitation group. She used the interview as an opportunity to promote the organization she has supported.
