Dior (PARIS:CDI.PA +1.94%) has partnered with Anne-Sophie Pic, the world’s most Michelin-starred female chef, as part of its expansion into the culinary world. This collaboration comes as Dior already boasts a successful Monsieur Dior restaurant led by French chef Jean Imbert in Paris, along with several Café Dior locations across the United States and Asia. With Pic on board, Dior aims to further enhance and broaden its gastronomic offerings through a long-term partnership. The collaboration will commence with the launch of a Monsieur Dior restaurant in Osaka, Japan, scheduled to open in 2025.
In an official statement reported by WWD, Dior described the partnership as “a unique encounter between two realms of excellence,” representing the epitome of French art de vivre. Both Dior and Pic are committed to evolving and enriching this collaboration over the seasons, years, and future projects.
Anne-Sophie Pic expressed her admiration for Christian Dior’s ability to exalt women through the graceful lines of his distinctive creations. As a female chef, she finds this sensibility deeply inspiring and is honored to uphold and celebrate French elegance and savoir-faire through this alliance.
