Audrey Daumain says that she always had an insatiable curiosity for connecting with others. Born and raised in France, she moved her base to London later for twelve years before calling Switzerland her home in 2010. She is a proud mother to two girls and as a professional, she has been making waves with leading a new era in business communications with heart and intention. Speaking about filling a gap in the business world, she says, “I noticed how in today’s fast-paced world, where technology has taken over almost every sector, several workers still feel unable to have real conversations, which poses as a great challenge in today’s corporate world. The real issue, I believe is people aren’t having meaningful conversations and they need to feel heard and understood. This communication gap leads to mental health struggles, burnout and more such issues. Hence, I decided to pave the way for unlocking real conversations.”

Today, she is a celebrated executive coach and business consultant, who finds passion in changing the landscape of business communication. She points out that at corporate houses, businesses and companies, there is a widespread fear of vulnerability, where employees often avoid expressing their true feelings, emotions and thoughts, fearing it could be perceived as incompetence and weakness. Her coaching approach fills in this gap, addressing the problem head-on and create environments where they feel safe for conversations and expressing themselves. Audrey Daumain’s flagship program, Team Experiences combines individual coaching with an immersive 2-day workshop, designed to elevate team performance and cohesion.
After being a part of the corporate world herself and facing a personal tragedy in 2020, she decided to start her own consultancy and develop an Executive Performance and Communication system, combining her 20-year corporate career in Finance and her training in non-violent communication (NVC), New Code Neuro-Linguistic Programming and the inspiring Map of Meaning.
With her unique services like Strategic Internal Communication Advisory, Unconventional Team Experiences, and Executive Real Impact Coaching, she ensures to help people improve communications, connection and impact in their workplace, which has earned her a mammoth of clients, spanning industries such as luxury, finance, and energy.
