The Queenie Effect Pty Ltd was founded in 2021, and with its launch of Legacy Academy, it rose to more prominence. The company has achieved multiple six figures in a short span and impacted nearly 400 clients, emerging as a movement more than just a business and paving the way for women’s success in entrepreneurship. Elsa Morgan’s journey was marked by innumerable challenges, from her childhood years to filing for bankruptcy in 2009. However, she knew there was more to life and thus found the courage to keep walking her path. In late 2017, she left her corporate career and, since then, has been building her online business. Since 2021, she has been helping women above 40 build online businesses with her coaching business. Her swift rise helped her company get recognized through numerous award nominations and interviews in reputable business magazines.
Her company, under the Legacy Academy umbrella, offers two core programs, Altitude and Infinity (formerly known as Excellence & Mastery). The former is a group mastermind, and the latter is a one-on-one coaching program tailored to each client’s needs. With this, she also launched a publishing arm in her company, “The Queenie Effect Publishing,” to bring women’s stories from across the world to the forefront. So far, they have published two books, “Unstoppable Volume 1” and “Unstoppable Volume 2.”
